Head of Assessors – Dr. Joel B. Carboni (USA) is a leading figure on sustainability in project management. He is a graduate of Ball State University, holds a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Environment and has an IPMA Level B working over 23 years in portfolio, program and project management – spanning government, finance, big five consulting and education. He has delivered talks, workshops, and trainings in 53 countries; advancing sustainable development. He is IPMA-USA President Emeritus, the founder of GPM (Green Project Management) and is an adjunct professor at Skema Business School in France.Joel is also the GPM representative to the United Nations Global Compact where he was a founding signatory of the UN’s Business for Peace Initiative & Anti-Corruption call to action, a contributing author of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs).He is the architect of the PRiSM™ project delivery methodology, the P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management.

Vahid Azadmanesh (Iran) graduated the MBA master’s degree from Carleton university in CA and Doctor Business Administration (DBA) in Lisbon university (ISEG) in Portugal. He has five PMI credentials such as PMP, PfMP, RMP, SP and PBA. Furthermore, he has over 15 years experience in the teaching, consulting, deployment and involving in the project management field across industries and universities like Tehran university. Jakub Lesinski (Poland) is a Senior Manager and Project/Programme Manager (20y experience). He has managed over 20 projects, been a team member in several others. He is the Founder and CEO of Thoriana – the project management consulting company based in Warsaw, operating across Europe, providing services from strategy definition through portfolio preparation to operational project management. Tatiana Machicao (Peru) is an industrial engineer with a Master Degree in Project Management (Norwegian University of Science and Technology – Trondheim). She has worked in the Textile Industry, and lately as a consultant in Business Process Management, Integrated Quality Systems and Project Management mainly in public sector in Perú. Tatiana is highly motivated in Business Process Management implementation projects and organizational Project Management. She is prepared as an assessor under IPMA Project Excellence Baseline (PEB).

Mohd Fairuz Mohd Yusof (Malaysia)
has more than 18 years of experience as a consultant, coach and assessor, in quality and process improvement initiatives for many different industries in Malaysia and South East Asia. He specializes in consulting, coaching and auditing relative to ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI Cyber Maturity Platform, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 22300, ISO/IEC 27000 and ISO/IEC 27032. He completed his degree in Software Engineering and holds a few professional certifications such as Certified CMMI Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Lead Auditor and Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. Currently he’s pursuing CIMA professional qualification at Operational Level. He was instrumental in setting up Malaysian Association of Project Management (MAPM) in 2013 and has served as the Secretary since then. Oliver Moser (Austria) has about 10 years’ experience in project management in various industries such as production, construction, telecommunication and healthcare. During his work as quality and process manager he led numerous projects with a strong focus on organizational development and IT. He is currently Manager of a Project Management Office in the telecommunication industry and is responsible for the whole project and portfolio process. Oliver gained a profound project management knowledge during implementing PM according to IPMA standard in a medium sized family company, meanwhile he did his IPMA Level C certification. His ability to lead project teams through highly uncertain and complex situations he proved during turning around a project crisis as interim manager. Danijela Toljaga-Nikolić (Serbia) is a lecturer at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels of education. Her field of interest is project management. She has gained a lot of experience in a project management field while working as a project associate, researcher, and analyst within projects in the Serbian public and commercial sectors, including projects that were funded by the EU. Danijela has coordinated a significant number of seminars in the field of project management based on PCM methodology, organized by the Serbian Project Management Association. Since 2015, she has been engaged as a member of the Jury Committee of the Global e-Collaboration Competition. Danijela holds the position of Director of IPMA Certification for Serbia. Alistair Godbold
Alistair Godbold is an experienced programme director with over 30 years experience, managing and advising companies on the set up, operation and governance of complex major projects and programmes. He has advised on, set up and led the transformation of organisations to improve the delivery of major projects and programmes. He has delivered and worked on projects ranging from construction through IT enabled business transformations to high integrity systems and advised government, defence, rail, nuclear, aviation and mining projects in the UK and abroad.
He has also served as a director of the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Major Projects Association. He is a Fellow of the APM, a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Fellow of the International Centre for Complex Project Management. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Project Professional, in 2011 he was made an Honorary Fellow of the APM for his services to project management. Alistair is a member of the council for the International Project Management Association and Chairs their Advisory Committee. Alistair is also the deputy chair of the Project 13 Governance Group and authored the Infrastructure Governance Code.

Antonio Calabrese
Antonio Calabrese is Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano, School of Management where teaches in the field of industrial and management engineering. He is Director of the international executive Master in Project Management and formerly Director of the Master in Strategic Project Management (European) and of the executive Master in Nuclear Plants Construction and Management. At Polimi GSOM (the Politecnico di Milano business school, formerly MIP) he has been the Director of MBA&EMBA programmes (2013-15) and Corporate Division (2010-13) for customized programmes. Invited as visiting professor in some universities in Europe and China, where he has a longlasting cooperation with Shandong University, he is also member of IPMA Advisory Committee (International Project Management Association) and IPMA Italy Board (where he acted as President 2016-18). Among the others he is/has been Chairman/reviewer in many international/national conferences, reviewer of the International Journal of Project Management, International Academic Advisor of the PM World Journal, Director of the IPMA Italy Journal of Applied Project Management, peer reviewer of the NETLIPSE research programme (NETwork for the dissemination of knowledge on the management and organisation of Large Infrastructure ProjectS in Europe). His research interests cover since more than 30 years industrial and management engineering, with focus on project, program and portfolio management (planning&control, risk, strategic PM, stakeholder management, impact of cultural differences on PM success) and design and management of production systems. He is author and co-author of more than 80 scientific or technical publications.
