Cutting through the Method Monsters During Covid-19

Year on year, our PPM world is inundated with new ways of working. These new perspectives keep the industry fresh, but following the Covid-19 crisis; when we need to be more effective than ever, how do practitioners cut through the noise to select the right way of working for their organisation?

During this workshop, Emma-Ruth will explore some of the challenges facing the industry now that remote working is the standard, cover the different emerging trends, provide some insight into how practitioners can relate each one to their new reality, and explain how governance and enabling functions can adapt quickly enough to effectively support their organisation in this changing VUCA world of PPM fashionistas.

Key takeaways:

  • Explore the challenges faced during the Covid-19 crisis
  • Understand the emerging trends in our industry and how they can be related to the ‘new normal’
  • The problems poised by the speed at which trends are emerging and what PPM organisation can do about them
  • Practical tactics on bringing logic to the chaos when selecting the best approach for the organisation
  • A perspective on how governance and enabling functions can adapt to support their Customers during this time of crisis
