Leadership Excellence in theory and practice
Sunday, Nov 29: 2:10 pm – 2:40 pm CET

In 2018 IPMA published the Project Excellence Baseline for achieving excellence in projects and programmes. Part of this Baseline is the Project Excellence Model, which is an improved version of the model that IPMA had been using as reference tool for the Project Excellence Awards since 2002. Excellent leadership is described in the area that focuses on People & Purpose.

What differentiates a good leader from an excellent one? In this presentation I will discuss important aspects of leadership excellence according to the model and provide some examples that I have come across in winning large and mega-sized projects around the world. If you’re interested in learning from exceptional project teams, then join me in this session.
