2021 – Self-reflection & Self-management

Self-reflection & Self-management was the center of our discussion of the 5th Global PM Days on November 27-28, 2021.

As per IPMA ICB4, Self-reflection is the ability to acknowledge, reflect on and understand one’s own emotions, preferences and values and to understand their impact.
