It can happen to all projects. Well, it actually happened (or will happen) to most of the projects in these challenging times. Be it pandemic, financial crisis, natural disaster, political or military conflict, all these situations are unavoidable from the project perspective and (at least in most cases) even difficult to define from the traditional risk management perspective as they catch us by surprise.
