|Why Outcomes Thinking is the key to becoming a high-performing Project Manager
Saturday, November 27 at 12:55 pm – 1:30 pm CET
The traditional way in which business and IT engage is broken. Business sponsors “throw the problem over the wall” and hope the IT heroes will solve it. Project managers are supposed to “read the minds” of the business sponsor, then a miracle occurs, and they produce the “solution” which exactly matches what the business wants. Instead of “hope”, “heroes”, and “miracles”, we need a systematic approach that the business sponsors and project managers can use to work together to define valuable projects.
In this session, you will learn why outcomes thinking is the key to becoming a high performing project manager and get a quick dive on the 3-step technique so that you can try it out on your project.
