Kristina will share what exact business culture characteristics can be different among your colleagues from countries across the globe and what lifehacks you can use to feel more relaxed and focused on your work while collaborating with colleagues from other countries. This is a vast topic, but we will try to make is as practical as possible. Panel Discussion Kristina Roppelt is a CEO and Founder of Agency for International Cooperation that helps local businesses, NGOs and governmental institutions grow more global and work efficiently in the international environment. Kristina is also a passionate advocate of intercultural communication as a basic literacy of the 21st century. She is the creator and designer of courses on intercultural commination for such organizations and movements as Greanpeace, WorldSkills and Yandex.
