Muriel Kosovsky is an executive coach, leadership trainer and education specialist providing experiential learning-based leadership coaching and mentoring across a variety of sectors, functions, and leadership levels.

Born and raised in Paris, Muriel’s career has seen her working locally and internationally as a teacher, teacher trainer, senior leader, coach and mentor in Paris, Casablanca, Edinburgh, and London since 2002. Muriel speaks four languages and thrives in multi-cultural environments. She holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching (DTC) as well as a Qualified Teacher Status from both the British Department for Education and French Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale. She is a Certified Facilitator for the psychology-based organisational leadership training provider Mind Gym©. Muriel also holds an MA in Applied English Studies as well as a PGDip is Translation and Conference Interpreting. She is an active member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is currently completing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing with the international Coach Federation (ICF).

Muriel has 17 years of experience in education, with 8 years as a senior leader and over 12 years as a teacher trainer and mentor for newly-qualified teachers. Muriel provides leadership coaching and mentoring for emerging and senior leaders in FTSE 250 organisations as well as major local councils in Central London. She also works with scaling organisations in a variety of industry sectors to help deliver experiential learning-based leadership programs awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Muriel has delivered over 10,000 hours of educational and corporate training as well as over 500 hours of 1:1 leadership coaching and mentoring in extremely demanding, highly-pressurised and rapidly-changing educational and commercial environments.

They talk a lot about her patience, listening skills and how she rapidly creates strong rapport and a comfortable space for coaching.
