Are you really engaging in valuable relationships? Saturday, October 29 at 4:30 pm UTC / 6:30 pm CEST Relationships are at the heart of our existence as the social animals that we are. So why not focus on making them valuable? Ask yourself if you’re really engaging in valuable relationships and avoid the yes/no answer. If you think it’s a yes, try and look for why that happens – what are you doing that is making your relationships valuable? If you are more inclined to say no – can you guess what might be missing? Even if you feel like you are in the middle, not a solid yes but also not a square no… there are no perfect answers. We will guide you through many reasons to be confident in a yes-answer, looking to provide clear examples on what to do to get there. Ready? Raquel Buscaino is passionate about understanding emerging technologies and identifying how they will change the way we work and live. She is the Emerging Technology & Strategic Foresight Lead of Deloitte’s US Novel & Exponential Technologies (NExT) team where she senses, and makes sense of, emerging technologies 10+ years from widespread business impact. From brain-computer interfaces and synthetic biology to space exploration and the wild west of NFTs, Raquel aims to distill signal from noise, value from hype, and profitable actions from ambiguous concepts. Raquel has published articles and reports on emerging technology and technology futurism, most notably with the World Economic Forum, and she is the host of Deloitte’s Tech Savvy podcast, with new episodes coming out in 2023. In her work, global collaboration is not a “nice to have” – it is a strategic imperative. Technology is advancing at an exponential rate, requiring exponential levels of coordination. |
