The Art of Networking

Building long-term relationships based on trust and confidence will help open the door to others’ prime networks. Exchanging information on challenges, experiences and goals is a key benefit of networking because it allows you to gain new insights that you may not have otherwise thought of. Tatjana Kniazeva is a Senior Executive with 15+ years’ management experience with multicultural cross-functional teams across Europe, Japan and Asia, and a mentor in the Leadership and Management programme at CMI London.

She performed 4000+ negotiations with partners from 30 countries and completed Negotiation Mastery training course at Harvard Business School. She acquired nickname “troubleshooter” for being resilient and goal getter negotiator.
