From our general survey, we have gathered the most wanted topics for the program and here it is: 75 % of you were interested about “learn more about social skills (Team building, Leadership)”. The second and third most wished topics were “Improving Technical Skills (PM Methods and Technologies)” and “CASE Studies”.

Equally wished topics were: Leadership, Change management, Innovations, Agile and Lean The study also showed that participants want both durational-wise short and long workshops. This year’s program material has been built exceptionally from a practical point of view in project management.

Keynotes are especially selected both locally and internationally and from local major corporations to share their Case stories on topics such as “Innovation, Leadership” and “Lessons learned”.
