The Dutch team is known!

Last Friday the national finals of the Project Management Championship took place in the Netherlands for the very first time! After the qualification round, four teams representing two Dutch universities (Windesheim Zwolle and TU Delft) qualified themselves for the national finals.

During the final day, the teams competed with each other by solving a tough case study based on a real-life case within the construction industry from the sponsor DPI. The teams first had to demonstrate their project management skills by creating their stakeholder analysis and risk analysis for the project. After these two starting assignments an unexpected intervention was introduced which required improvisation and flexibility from the teams, while working on a total project plan to be presented at the end of the day. All of this was done under time pressure, what made the final case even harder for the teams. However, the effort and results of the teams were impressive and overwhelming.

The final day was a great success for the organization and for the participants.

We are happy to announce the winning team, which is ‘Team Odysseus’ representing TU Delft!

This team is excited to represent the Netherlands during the international finals in Belgrade! See you there!
