Eric is a certified Senior Project Manager and Chartered Professional Engineer with thirteen years’ experience in the water industry. His expertise includes water engineering, water resource managment, project planning, contract administration and negotiation and project management.

Eric has worked on numerous water and wastewater projects in Morocco, France, Reunion Island and Australia. In his current role, Eric is involved in delivering a wide range of major capital projects across the Northern Territory with a focus on water and wastewater treatment. Eric is passionate about applying innovative and sustainable solutions and strives to deliver results efficiently and cost‐effectively.

Sebastiaan van Hese is the IPMA-NL young PM of the year 2017, current Director of Fokker Engineering Romania and former president of the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce. As project manager, among other projects, he led the effort to deliver Fokker’s brand-new 6.600 m2 aerospace factory and warehouse in Mexico.

The project was characterized by its challenging timeline constraints, cultural differences between Netherlands, Mexico and the US, and the security situation in northern Mexico, who’s government fought a war on drugs against local cartels. The factory was delivered on-time and in-budget and is currently fully operational and successfully supplies products to the North-American market.

Michael Rogers was born and raised in California but left to pursue an education and career in the military. He led and managed many projects while serving in as a United States Marine Corps helicopter pilot and manpower office. After ten years, he returned to California to start a career as a project manager full time.

He found a home at Lam Research Corporation, a leader in the semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment sector. There, he managed several projects, all of which received corporate project grades of over 95% while consistently delivering on-time and under-budget results.
